As an office coordinator greet visitors, answer phone calls, and respond to general inquiries. Manage office activities, schedules, meetings and organize office for a welcome environment. Handle email and mail and manage office inventory that all necessary materials are stocked.
Support the team staff with data entry, filing, preparing documents, work with other departments and third party with financial record, invoices and petty cash. Perform other duties in support of the team and the company goals.
High school diploma or equivalency, a degree in BA, communications, or related field is a plus. 2+ years of experience in office management, in a non-profit setting. Organizational and time management skills and prioritize tasks effectively. Excellent verbal and communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and learning new software. Able to work in a team environment according to the values and mission of the company. Experience in event planning a plus.
