John Adams: I am late due to unexpected situation that happened this morning and forgot to let you know.

Hiring Manager: My name is Rachel Smith, hiring manager for R&S Enterprise. I will interview you today.
Do you have a resume?
John Adams: I email my resume when applied while back. Was thinking you still have it. Did not feel like bringing it then.
Hiring Manager: Tell me more about yourself as a person?
John Adams: In my resume, I mentioned everything. What else do you know more?
Hiring Manager: What are your strength and weakness?
John Adams: My strength is I am very hard worker while weakness is nothing.
Hiring Manager: Why did you apply with us?
John Adams: I was looking for a job and apply to many companies. You called and here I am.
Hiring Manager: Tell me why we should hire you?
John Adams: I need a job badly and you need someone who has IT experience.

Michael Smith: My strength are I am hard worker. Additionally, I am honest who is a team player with good communicator. I thrive under pressure using my time management skills. To be efficient, I utilize my multi-task skills to get the job done. I am always looking to get better
